Who manages the property?
Will there be security on-site?
There is no on-site security, but there will be security cameras managed by Joshua Management.
Can I access my unit 24/7
Yes.
Can I operate business from my suite?
Of course! These units are designed explicitly for permitted business uses
Do I own my suite?
Leasing with potential to own is available. Call for more information.
Can I combine two or more suites to create a larger one?
Yes. The 11,990 SF Buildings can be demised in 1,494 SF increments. You may combine the suites to create a larger space.
Buildings 1-5 are Flexible combinations.
Buildings 7, 8 and 9 are designed for industrial warehouse with 5,995 – 11,990 (half or full building) lease options, with the opportunity to add demising walls.

Who pays for electricity, internet service, phone service, or alarm in my suites?
Tenants are responsible for those items.
Can I live in my suite?
No, these are commercial suites. On site residential is not permitted.
Is the unit tall enough for an RV?
Each building has eight 12x14’ bay doors.
Buildings 7, 8 and 9 (built for industrial use) include machinery access, loading areas and large bay doors.
Can I use my unit for a hobby or workshop?
Absolutely!
Will there be a bathroom in my suite?
Yes, Class A Buildings include personal restrooms. Class B Buildings will have share bathroom spaces. Buildings 7, 8 and 9 include shared restrooms facilities.
